HISTORY

We are a small sock factory that is located in the town of Koryo, Nara Japan since
1921. The brand name of “yahae” comes after our founder , Yahei Hikiso-mura.
Committing to the respect for our founder, the brand history, and sincerity for the future, we have been knitting our socks out of organic cotton and the natural material knitted in natural colors without using any chemical dyes, according to our THREE brand philosophies.

"yahae〈ヤハエ〉”は2020年に立ち上げた私たちのファクトリーブランドで、ヤマヤの創業者”疋相村弥兵衛〈ヤヘエ〉”の名前に由来します。
歴史に敬意を、未来に誠意を。
私たちの靴下はオーガニック綿を軸とし、化学染料は一切不使用せずに自然の色で編み立てました。3つのブランドフィロソフィーを元に、意図が汲み取れるものづくりに取り組みます。
